Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

designjet Z6pro 64"      Has anyone had problems with the ink spraying onto the platen? Large buildup on ink at the beginning edge of the paper at the carriage home side and continues across. Vacuum is pulling magenta, red and black ink into vacuum holes and making a real mess on the edge of the prints. Need to clean platin a couple of times during the day. Never had a problem like this with many other designjets.

Any ideas. Support can not figure it out at level 3.     HELP!!!!!!!!!

Any chance you have a leaking printhead? I see nothing in the tech documents, which explains why you initially received no direction from HP. If it is under warranty I would get HP to dispatch a technician to check it.

tech has been here, took videos and excalated to level 3.

tried new print heads 2x supplied by HP.

did 7 hours of testing using 100ft paper. New inks, new carriage and cables, etc.

Apparently they can reproduce the problem but have no solution.

Has anyone else had this problem?

We print about 100-150' of paper per day. 36, 42 and 50".
