Product: HP DesignJet T830 24-in Multifunction Printer

There are no error messages everything appears to be working but my black ink on my HP DesignJet T830 doesnt work at all.  it shows full on the ink menu, I have cleaned the print heads but nothing seems to fix it.  What could be wrong?
