Product: office jetset 4635

I need help my printer wont print out on photo paper or even grab the paper. I need to print for my wedding invites . it will only print on regular paper.i don't know whats the issue

Please use the following software (download and install) to print images on photo papers

 

   http://www.hp.com/global/us/en/consumer/digital_photography/free/software/photo-creations.html
