Hi,
Thanks for contacting with HP Support Forum.
Yes, you can use Vinyle through HP DesignJet T520 Printer. But if you use Vinyle ink that printer will not cover under warranty and within short time becoms printheads will block the nozzle, so carefully need to use with good quality vinyle ink.
N.B: UV Additives, Multi-Purpose UV Ink, Container Decorating UV Ink, Decal And Banner; Candoc SGV Series Semi-Gloss Vinyl

Hi,
Normal ink isn't work with Vinyle paper and normal ink will fix on the vinyle paper. So you need to use Vinyle ink and Vinyle supported paper.
But remember you need regular use this printer, otherwise Nozzle will blocked and get problem.
