Product: HP DesignJet T520 36-in Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Paper roll ran out, put new roll on spindle, placed spindle in plotter, started clean paper edge into plotter, plotter accepted paper, menu comes up showing plain paper, try to hit continue button and continue button does not work, so plotter will not fully load roll.   Help.
