Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

just got my New HP7740 printer. 

When I loaded A3 paper the Tray dosnt closed all the way. looks strange...  

Any ideas?

That's normal because when loaded A3 in tray 2 it's extended.

 At  00:13:00 minute of the video shows how it looks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zk-IqwDAkg

Try to put lesser paper!

the number of papers dont solve i. it haaped even with one paprer.

I seems the printer design when using A3 papers, the tray stay open hulf the way.!!

BTW - when trying to print/ its work fine

please take out A3 papers and inspect the tray, and put one paper in and check the tray is closing properly or not?
