Product: Deskjet5820
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using 180 gsm paper to print photos but my printer is not taking them and always a message pops out that "printer is out of paper". Please help

Probaly that is to the way you load photo papers and printer can't "see" them. Page 18 of the following User Guide shows you how to load papers (specially photo papers)

Thanks for the reply, but I am inserting the paper correctly as I am able to get the picture printed on normal A4 sized paper from the same printer of mine.
