Product: Designjet 800

We use a Designjet 800 and cannot get an accurate 1:1 scale D size drawing to print on clear film (.0045"). the 22" direction (parallel to the plotter roller) is fine but the 34" measaures at 33-29/32. They print fine on paper (.0040" thick). Can this be fixed?
