Product: Designjet L25500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I change a bad color sensor, after a fewer hrs tried running the printer and it came to a jam, after several attempts cleaning the encoder strip and oiling the railing , no change. Did a test and i'm getting 86:11 scan axis length too short, anyone can help. What should i change first the encoder strip / would the motor be bad also ?
