Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear all,

When scanning from Epic (hosted from Xenapp) the Epic application freezes when the scan is saved.

The keyboard is not responding however the mouse is still working.

The scan is made from an Citrix VDI (Xendesktop) from where the Epic application is started.

The HP software (Twain driver) is installed on the physical system from where the VDI is started.

When we scan from Epic and enable the "Show User Interface" the scan made can be saved without any problems, the keyboard keeps working........?????

Any ideas?
