I went to my router's online configuration page using it's IP. However, trying to access any useful features prompts for an a username and password. I don't have either. Could someone tell me how to reset the username and password?

I've already tried the default usernames admin and ADMIN with no password. I am able to print the printer configuration page from the on screen "HP Web Services" option. I don't have any accessible option to reset to factory default settings.

My menu access options include:

  • Reports
  • Network Setup
  • System Summary
  • Quick Forms
  • HP Web Services
  • Services

Menu access is disabled for:

  1. Services
  2. System Setup
  3. Network Setup
