Hi,

So we recently have started noticing a lot of banding in our prints. Now, it only seams to be happening on the colors of blue, all levels, green all levels, purples. I have cleaned the print heads numerous times, all at once and a ouple runs each one by themselves. Still nothing has changed. I have not tried to do more passes as I didnt want to add more to keep track of at this time. Also, I keep getting this warning about the ink funnel not being aligned, I have removed cleaned and reinstalled a couple times and it still shows the same error after it runs the test and says it is fine, however once I start to print the warning shows up again. It is also showing a 52:01 code about fibers. Any suggestions on what to clean with so no fibers remain? I am super confused as to what step to take next other than having HP send new printheads, the current ones are under warranty. I have follwed the manual and done every step. Please help
