Copy sizes inconsistent for T830

HP Recommended
DesignJet T830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When copying multiples sets of drawings in 24x36 format the length of sheets vary by up to 1 inch. Need to have consistent size. HP tech support is useless or unwilling to help. Need to know how to correct issue.

I realize this is an older post, but saw your other post and thought I would see what your original question was.

Can you clarify a couple of things, if you are printing say a 5 page document and you are making 5 copies, page 1 of copy 1 might be a different length than page 1 of copy 5? Or is it pages within the document are different sizes?

The first thing that comes to mind is media and paper advance calibration. Have you calibrated for the paper you are using?

One of the cards is malfunctioning. According to agreement HP is to remove and replace unit.

Do so.
