Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi. I know this printer has been out for a long time now but my company is considering it and we barely know anything about it aside from what HP has written on their brochure.

What we are confused with is HP declaring it takes the maximum of 280gsm media/paper. The confusing part is they also say it handles 11.8mm which is the thickness of art boards.

Can somebody clarify this for me? Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for contacting with HP Support forum.

Please check your paper/media thickness which is 280gsm paper and compare with Boucher thickness information. And I hope you will understand.
