Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Looking for a firmware update for the DesignJet 5500.

But I keep getting 

This site can’t be reached

h20564.www2.hp.com refused to connect.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
 
So how the heck is one supposed to get the $%^&*( download?!?!?!  The chat agent does not recognize the word "firmware".

What firmware version are you using right now?  I don't think there's been a firmware update from HP for a few years on that model so you may already have the latest.

 

It should display on the screen during the boot process.  If you can post it up there I'm sure someone can tell you if your printer is already up to date.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
