Hello. I know there's already a thread addressing this printer issue in general. However, I'm stuck at the first instruction of resolving the issue which is removing the ink cartridges.  I've already tried turning on and off the printer several times but once the printer is completely turned on, the printhead always stops at the right side of the printer - away from where the cartridge access door is located. Thus, removal of cartridges is impossible to do. Is there any way of moving the cartridge to the cartridge access door so I can finally remove the ink cartridges so I can resolve the "Printer Failure" issue? Thank you.
