Stacker Full message on display, however all prints have been removed from the stacker.

Hello,

 

Can you modify the position of the arm as below photo:

then check if any piece of paper inside it (it can be an issue with the sensor of the stacker.)

I can move the 'Arm" of the stacker back and forth, but the stacker on my T2500 doesn't look like the one in the pics.

Hello,

 

the arm should be able to be removed in the T2500 meantime can you share the photo, and you checked the bottom of the stacker, the output side of the stacker? (it can be a tiny  paper already there between ramps or sensors),the deep check should be done with flashlight torch 🙂

Yes, I have removed the Arm and checked for scraps of paper. I aslo cleaned the optical sensor on the left side of the stacker
