Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Went to load new media and got an 86.O1 error. No paper and Nothing is loaded' and encoder strip has been cleaned. Please help.

The 86.01 error refers to something impeding carriage movement. Visually inspect the carriage path and rail for anything that may restrict carriage movement. With the machine turned off check the print head cleaners to make sure they are all seated properly. Push the cleaner tray all the way back and then turn the printer back on.
