HP Designjet Z5400 PostScript
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our HP Designjet Z5400 PostScript is printing the wrong colours but for one person only. All other users can print correctly.

The affected user printed off a drawing that printed correctly. After identifying changes, printed again but the colours were all drained and washed out.

This now occurs for any drawing printed by this user.

Others can print their drawings but not one prepared by the affected individual.

Work flow is AutoCad, PhotoShop for colourising. RGB or sRGB colour profiles. Back in to Auto Cad and then printing JISB0 size.

This is a relatively new issue which has only just started with the individual user.

All settings have been mapped with other users.

File converted to pdf and printed via USB still the same.

When file sent to normal Zerox printer, colours perfect.

Any ideas?
