Hi Captain,

 

You said the error occurs when you are loading paper. Does it occur before or after you select the media type from the control panel?

Before, as its scanning the paper. The carriage moves, to the left twice, then error appears.

let's try to clean the OMAS  and the line sensor because the issue seams HW

Thanks Captain.

I agree with Ouccema on cleaning the OMAS and line sensor. I would also recommend doing a line sensor calibration after cleaning if you are then able to load paper.
