HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When the HP Printer assistant is opened and i click on the Scan tab, i normally would click on the words "scan a document or photo" and i would take me to my preset scanning options.  but now when i click on those words it just sits there and wont open the scan dialog settings.  any help would be appreciated.
