HP T 2500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My customer's 3 year old HP t 2500 plotter unloads roll 1 when the system shuts down and goes into the power saver mode.  When it comes out of hibernation the plotter thinks there is no paper or sometimes shows a jam.

The firmware is up to date and no related errors show up in the event log.  The problem is also intermitent and is difficult to reproduce.

I was hoping that someone at HP may check into this and possibly provide a solution for this issue.

Note:  I have asked the customer to load 2nd roll and leave roll 1 empty to see if the problem occurs there as well.   I do appreciate any help that HP or someone else may be able provide with this problem.
