Hard drive test failed with failure ID

HP Recommended
HP 15-r116nk
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Out of the blue and while on Youtube (no other activities) my laptop got BSOD with error "Store Exception". it wasn't first time but this time i restart my pc and it didn't boot up, black screen, no logo no sound nothing just black screen right after "press Esc foe..". i listened to the hard drive and there was a sound that keeps repeating like a loop it wasn't usual as the HDD noise was making. i run short test and it gave me this failure ID saying i should contact customer support but i can't find HP support email and google didn't help.

what can i do to my HDD to make it work again? most important how can i recover my data?

Failure Id: RU2XR-798932-XD7V6K-6KNUO3

@Zodiaq

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced. Is it still under warranry ? If Yes, please call HP for a replacement.

In the US:

Thanks for reply.

I've just installed Ubuntu and it seems working just fine. i'll attempt to recover files but.. why? why it works well but windows didn't, even in DOS Mod it was freezing and stuttering but with linux everything went well. i'm planning to change the disk anyway but i want some explanation for curiosity if there is any.

The "Bad Spot" on the disk might be in an area Windows was using, but Linux is not using.
