Hp designjet 500 changes IP adress Automaticly

Hi , I installed a network card to my hp designjet 500 , but every time I Turn on the printer , The IP adress changes to a new IP , how can I fix The Problem?

Hi, Thanks for contact with HP Support Forum.

 

Please set your IP addess into your PC/Laptop and Printer through static IP or Manualy set your IP address with both of.....after that try to add new printer with your PC/Laptop.

 

After completed all settings, please restart the all systems and lets try printing...If your corrctly set your IP address and subnetmask...in the next time will not make a problem.
