Designjet T930
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Dear all,

I am havign troubles installing a new T930 on my pc running Windows 10. I have the driver, but is not .exe, means I ha to add it in the wizard.

I did it, but then sometimes while try to print, Autocad show an Error "No maching media". So I deleted the printer and I wanna do it again.

If I use the wizard, in the list of printed installed there is no indication for the T930, what should I do?

Thanks in advance

If connected via Network, you need to go to add a printer>add new printer>local printer>select TCPIP  for port type and use the existing TCPIP port or create a new one if there is not one. DO NOT ALLOW Windows to automatically install. If it does, then it will create a WSD printer port which is highly unreliable. Once you have created the port, select the correct design jet drive and complete the install.

yes. I did it but still have problem when printing.

I changed the set ups in the HP Settings using 1200x1200 Dpi resolution and seems I got a good results in printings.

does itnreally change the quality from normal driver ( I dont remeber the name) and the HPGL?

Thanks
