Product: DesignJet T120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I recently replaced the old (b/g) Router for an office for a friend. To a newer ac capable router.

There are 2 printers in the office a Design Jet T120 and a officejet pro 8600.

There are 5 computers all wirelessly connected like the printers except 1 desktop connected to the router via Ethernet.

After installing the router I added all the printers in windows (7-10) I tested them and all printed fine. Day later no computer prints and each get printhead error when tryin even though the print head seems fine.

I'm guessing this an IP address issue.

Appreciate the help
