This is a Printhead issue,

1: Open the Menu and navigate to the Image Diagnostics tab.

2: First print the Diagnostics Image.

3: Determine by the image which Printhead is having issue.

4: In the same Menu try Printhead cleaning to see if you can recover the Prinhead.

5: If issue continues, replace the Printhead.

From you image it would appear that one of the Black's is not working properly.

Good Luck,

Hey Roy!

Thanx 4 the answ.

I allready tryed that.

i think its not a printerhead problem, because they stop printing all at the same time! :(:(:( its not only the black one...

Sorry to hear that.

I know that whenever I have a banding issue I will look at the Printheads first.

Have you checked the Ink Tubes to ensure there is no air in the lines? (you can purge using a syringe to pull from the carriage or put in dummy heads and use the purge program)

Is the Service Station not cleaning the heads properly to open the nozzles?

One thing you can try is the Force Drop Detector program (not sure where it is in the Service menu) then redo a Drop Detector Calibration.

Good Luck,

Roy K
