Product: HP Design Jet Z5200 PostScript
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

we are Integrated Centre for Copying & Printing and we own 2 HP Plotters, the first is HP Design Jet 500 Plus while the second is HP Design Jet Z5200 PostScript.

Regarding the first one (HP Design Jet 500 Plus), which is working efficiently, we haven’t faced any problems for getting our needs for either spare parts or Inks or others for this plotter.

But, our main problem is for the second plotter (HP Design Jet Z5200 PostScript), as we can’t find any available Inks and Spare Parts. This Plotter is completely out of duty due to unavailable Inks for it.

We have done all efforts trying to get such Inks for this plotter from any source, but we didn’t find any available source here in Egypt at any of your Distributor Offices in Egypt, considering that we have bought this plotter from PC LINK (HP Distributer at Alexandria, Egypt), at 20 March, 2014, (attached Invoice).

Now, the big question, can you supply us Inks for this Plotter (HP Design Jet Z5200 PostScript), directly to us and as soon as possible and how can you do this, from your side directly to us or through certain Distributor you will allocate for us.

Now, we are in a very very bad need for certain colour (Light Gray C9451A).

Please need your urgent reply for any solution for our critical situation.
