Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I extract the black ink catridge and reboot my printer it works perfectly (but still shows a missing black ink catridge). If i insert back the catridge, the printer loads it in and an error message appears on the screen: printer failure or ink system failure.

The catridge still has warranty on it until november 2020. 

What sould i do? Should i just replace it with a new catridge?
