Product: T520 Designjet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a 100" chart. The file is a pdf. The plotter will print the job the entire length but when it gets to the final 24" it only prints the lines and not the boxes that the lines connect to. I have tried multiple time and the ink is good. There are no issues printing other projects.There should be a lot of red boxes on the left side of org chart.There should be a lot of red boxes on the left side of org chart.

Hi,

 

we suggest using the HPGL 2 driver: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/win-x64-hpgl2-drv.zip

and enable print as bitmap from printer settings in the driver. follow below path

Printer in control panel : -> printer preferences:-> advanced : -> Send job as bitmap
