Print preview feature is not working.  I've used this feature for years on Windows 7. Will not work after upgrade to Windows 10. there is a 'cannot connect to web'. Sometimes the beeping occurs without the preview windows. I've used this feature for years on Windows 7. Will not work after upgrade to Windows 10.

Hello,

Let's install the Preview: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HP_Print_Preview_x64.exe

and use the latest PCL driver: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL93197/win_x64_pcl3_drv.zip

if you plotter support PS use: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL93198/win_x64_ps3_drv.zip

Then enable from the preferences:

Seems to be working properly. Really appreciate you help. I suppose the order of installation did the trick?

Hello,

Sounds good, the solution was the application of the standalone app: HP Print preview and latest compatibility with PCL and HPGL Driver.

Please don't forget kudos and accept my solution.
