Product: HP Designjet T795

I replaced a faulty cartridge and now the door won't close, I don't want to force it.

 

The display claimed there was a faulty MK cartridge, I pressed the error button but there were no further instructions.

 

I opened the cartridge door, pulled the MK cartridge, gave it a good shake, reinserted it. No change, found Cartridge door would not close without force.

 

Turned machine off and on again; pressed off button on display, turned off at powerpoint, waited 10 secs, reversed procedure.

 

Printer fired up, no error deleted job and resent, prnited OK, cannot close caretridge door.

 

Watched video instructions on replacing faulty cartridge, opening and closing cartridge door not covered.
