Product: OfficeJet Pro 8020

Brand new printer, set up correctly for wireless printing, but every time I try and print anything, it picks up extra sheets of paper and then jams up. Only works if I load one sheet at a time.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the paper jam. 

 

Please try these steps - Paper Jam Error

 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
