In my plotter, I have noticed the printheads are not being capped when in the parking position. I can see from the side (no right cover) that caps in service station move more to the front so the printheads are not covered/capped. I have tried the service station diagnostic and service station calibration but still not capping. What can I do? Please help me.

Regards

Remove the right cover and examine the service station closely to make sure there is not foreign material blocking the movement. There is also a manual service station drive on the back of the service station that you use a t-10 torx to move the service station. You can try to manually cap the printhead to confirm the station works.
