Hi Everyone,

I have a problem im my hp t1100 , that happened after i updated the firmware yesterday ( error 79:04 ) . Sometime the printing is not finish yet or just half processing than got error 86:01(  paperjam case ) . So i cleaned the plotter with a vacum cleaner for pc and it can prints till finish the file or print full successfully image . But there was error cutting when the printing almost finish, i saw the plotter cut the paper on the top image ( arround 10 cm  )..

I was changed the belt, than changed all cartrifge and printhead, also updated the firmware..and now got that problem ....

Any suggestion ? thanks

Two issue to check. First did you lube the rail so the carriage moves smoothly. Second if you changed the belt there is a good chance the bushing that sits on top of the carriage assembly may have fallen off or broken in half. Happens all the time. If the bushing the carriage sits to low and you get the 86 error. The other item to check is to make sure you positioned the belt correctly as the motor side inside is different then the pulley side inside and if the position is not correct then you can get the error.
