Replaced Starwheel Motor on DesignJet Z3200 and now front panel and on button dark but fan works.

Product: DesignJet Z3200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Replaced the starwheel motor, and now the front panel is dark and front on button is dark.    Triple checked my wiring connections.   Not sure what next steps should be.   Any guidance appreciated. Thx

please check did you screw in earth wire and check formator lights?
