Product: HP PageWide XL 4000

Having problem accessing the settings for this printer thru the EWS and the front panel. no one knows the Username and password for this machine. 

 

the solution i see now is to do a factory reset or any option that will have to do with the resetting or removing printer accounts. But the question is how to do it? since there is a username and password prompt on the display panel and the EWS. How do we enter the suppert menu or service utilities to be able to reset it from within?
