I just purchased HP Premium Poster Paper (N3T48A) for use with my Z5200 large-format printer. When I made a print, the ink did not penetrate the paper. Instead, it pooled and ran. I tried a couple of different pre-sets, but I don't want to waste a lot of ink trying to find the right settings.
Would someone please advise me which pre-set to use or what settings I should program.
I should mention that this printer is located in a school. I am the main user, but I am not an expert user. (I'm technically competent, but don't have deep experience.)
Thank you in advance for your help.
David Allan

That paper is intended to be used in HP Latex printers, they use a different type of ink and the result when printing with HP Latex on that paper is amazing.
HP Designjet Z5200 ink can't stick and dry on media for Latex printers.

Hi David,
HP Premium Poster Paper is designed to be used with HP Latex printers, not with HP Designjet printers, as clearly stated by its datasheet

You may find any compatible HP printing material in the Original HP large-format printing materials section within its datasheet:
