I am trying to print A3 PDF file.  The Page Setup appears to be okay. When I send the job to the T120 Printer I get an error message on the HPT120 screen of: 'Paper Size Mismatch - 'file name' requires to be printed on 420mm wide but the printer is currenlty using 297mm. Please choose among these options:  "Change Paper", "Print Anyway", "Cancel Job".

I have A3 420x297mm paper loaded in the Multi-Sheet Tray orientated 'portrait'.

Why does the printer think I have A4 paper loaded instead of A3? What am I missing?

I have updated firmware, drivers etc with no change and have tried setting the orientation to landscape, however, that did not work either. Any assistance is appreciated.
