HP Designjet T2530

Our power went out. When it came back on I received a reseat printhead error. I tried multiple times to reseat. Kept getting same error. Even tried a new printhead. Updated firmware and re-installed printhead. Same error. Shut it off overnight came in this morning and it worked fine for the first print job. When I sent the second job I got the reseat printhead error again. When trying to reseat it again, I got an 86:01 error. There is no paper in the plotter and the carriage is stuck in the far left position over the service station. It appears the Starwheel assembly is stuck in the up position and I can't get it to go back down. It keeps giving me the 86:01 error.
