Product: T730

Hi there I have a T730 printer and it’s stuck on the HP welcome screen and will not seem to progress. I’ve tried turning on and off of course but not sure what else to try. Any tips and advice? Thanks in advance

Hi Repairatrooper, I've got the exact problem on an HP T730 whereby it is stuck on the welcome screen and will not get past it. I have done the "hold power button whilst powering up and done the OOB reset but still does not work.. Any help would be great.. Thanks in advance..
