Printer keeps wanting new/replacement print heads  (E/G & Y/M)

Have installed new print heads but it keeps saying "print head replacement not completed"

Have cleaned contacts, etc. with no results or changes.

Have replaced E, G, M & Y ink cartridges with no results or changes.

HELP!

This can be a pain since it takes so long to get to where it gives you the message.  Suggest you  remove all printhead and turn the printer off and then back on. It will ask for the printheads which you should install and it will go into I think the 4 steps to prepare the ink system. It may still fail but it will tell you what printhead is causing the issue and it is possible you still have bad printhead. Make sure what you use is current and within warranty.
