Product: Z9+ 24"
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I have considerable difficulty loading sheets of paper (not rolls) into my Z9+ 24" printer. It takes about 10 attempts to load the paper no matter what I do. This takes considerable time, making me hesitant to offer sheet printing because I can't tell how long it will take.

 

I have tried loading it from the front roll cover, from the back and even the front (when prompted). I've tried aligning it to all the different lines and not aligning it at all. No matter how much time I spend aligning the sheet it seems a matter of luck.

 

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a trick or tip I am missing?
