banding on prints using hp designjet 800ps

HP Recommended
hp designjet 800PS
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

   ALL TEST HAVE BEEN DONE REGARDING PRINTHEADS AND CALIBRATION BUT THE PRINT STILL SHOWS BANDING ON SOLID COLORS. QANY SUGGESTION TO RESOLVE THIS RECENT PROBLEM?

Try to use print quality to   best ... also different good quality photo paper....

Thank you for the quick response.

The print was on BEST and semigloss poster paper was use but banding stys on

did you pass printhead alignment successfuly ?

 

also do a trouble shooting printhead alignment which takes longer.

 

try PCL driver also.....

 

can not think  what else could be wrong, except try other media.

post a copy of the printhead calibration sheet so we can have a look.

Just take a picture with your phone and send to your computer as a jpeg file and then post as attachment to your post.
