Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I am not an expert. 

I've had problems printing professional design on my printer. All  the colors are perfect, except for the black. For example the cartouche or the frame of the project are white; black lines of the project (that I see  on the screen) are white on the paper (for example this is visible when the lines are overlapped  on other colors). How can I fix this?
