HP Recommended
Product: hp designjet 4000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

on sending a print to DSJ4000 it begins to print as if 1 color is missing for about 3-4cm than is ok on the rest of the print...this occurs everytime i start aprint ....irrespective of the color the print begins with.....it just doesn show thw correct color on all the 1st prints for a length of 4 cm......what is the remedy
