Not really one question but multiple.

Question 1.

In our current situation when we print something we need to go to the advanced printing settings and adjust the size by hand to make sure that everything goes correctly. One of my colleges has mentioned that in the past when he printed a document to the printer it would automatically scale it to the size of paper that is in the printer. This would be done when a Excel document was send to the printer or and logo image of various sizes.

I have looked in the settings, the manual and on the forums but have been unable to find an option or add-on that would do this. Since I have not been able to find it, I would like to ask it here. Is it possible to have the printer automatically detect the size of the document that we send and adjust it to the paper in the printer?

Question 2.

I have noticed that when we do print a document it does not cut of the unused white space. I have attached a file showing an print preview of an Excel document that I have printed in the office. When I printed it I got what is shown there, where a large part of the white space below the table was not cut off by the cutter. What I want to know is if the printer or some software is available that would detect that there is a lot of white space (in this case under the green arrow) and cuts it of there?Plotter 1.PNG

With kind regards,

Mat
