HP Recommended
Product: hp t520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp t520 ran good for a week and then went to an error state after someone sent five plots to it from acad an now any plots sent from any cpu says printer is in an error state.

info: win 10 pro 64/wireless connection

did a hard reset on printer

cleared spool on all cpu's

stopped and started printer spooler

rebooted wireless router

i can ping the printer but it wiil not print
