Product: Designjet HP T795 ERROR 08:04

I have a T7295 designjet when initializing hang 15% and then show error 8: 4. I reinstalled but still hanged 35% and I rebooted again and was 100% but only 30 minutes, the screen is still hanging, sometimes start and print a sheet A0 Re-report 08:04. Thanks expert help

HI Long87,

I would remove all the Inks, Printheads and paper from the printer.

Then remove the formatter , blow any dust off, and reseat.

Initialize the printer with no consumables. Once initialized, start inserting inks, then PH's then media.

The 08:04 error points to the formatter as the cause.

Hi,  Thanks for contacting with HP Support Forum. 

 

Please follow the earlier posted steps from Roy and then reconnect the all internal cable then update latest firmware. 

 

Please let me know the whats the next conditions.
