Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i just received a roll of canvas from imageperfect Gerber Ip2320 Fine ART CANV and im looking to get the profile for my hp latex 360. I went on the gerber site and when i downlad the link zip to the hp it says that it is defective. Anyone know what i can use on my printer like profile for this product?

Try this link (hp media solution locator) - https://www8.hp.com/us/en/commercial-printers/floater/mediasolutionslocator.html

But first download your file again, try to unzip and check if recognized by program (icc or oms are specific for different programs). If not - may be the RIP software can't deal the downloaded profile made for other rip soft.

What RIP software are you using?
